How It Works (Step-by-Step Process)

Step 1
Submit Your Inquiry
Complete a simple form to tell us about your business, your objectives, and what kind of partnership you’re looking for in Japan.
Step 2
Review by IJBC Experts
Our team and domain experts evaluate if the request is a good fit for the Indo-Japan SME partnership and if IJBC can add meaningful value.
Step 3
Invitation to Stage 2
If shortlisted, we’ll invite you to submit a detailed form and pay a one-time fee of ₹30,000 + GST. This supports facilitation efforts in Japan.
Step 4
IJBC Reaches Japan
We conduct targeted research and outreach through our ecosystem in Japan, including SMEs, chambers, and facilitators.
Step 5
Match & Meeting Coordination
If a Japanese SME expresses interest, we schedule an online meeting between you and the potential partner/facilitator.
From there, you take the relationship forward. IJBC can assist further as needed.
Fees & Transparency
- No cost to fill the initial form
- ₹30,000 + GST is charged only when IJBC accepts your inquiry into Stage 2
- IJBC does not charge commission or take equity
- The fee is non-refundable, and helps cover admin, translation, research, and search for a potential partner.
