The Japanese Language Teacher Development Program is designed for motivated individuals who wish to develop Japanese language teaching capability and contribute to the future growth of Japanese language education in North-East India.

You may be well-suited to this program if you:

• Are a graduate or postgraduate from North-East India.
• Have an interest in education, teaching, languages, or cross-cultural learning.
• Are willing to participate in a structured full-time offline program in Guwahati.
• Wish to develop a specialised capability through a serious and structured learning experience.

No Prior Japanese Required

The program is open to candidates with little or no prior exposure to the Japanese language, provided they are willing to learn and actively participate throughout the program.

The first cohort will be small and carefully selected. We encourage applications from individuals who are ready to make the most of this opportunity.
