HERC's objectives are to promote university ties, student exchange, research and development, and academic excellence in humanities, art, culture, economics, managment, science and technology.



HERC Committee

The Higher Education and Research Committee (HERC) comprises IJBC members and Independent Advisors. They will work as a think tank to focus on collaboration between the academic and research landscape of India and Japan.
